Testing Click2Sell

I’m starting to test Click2Sell as an alternative to Clickbank. I will definitely be updating this blog when I start seeing some results. I am going to be sure to make the testing very scientific in that I will be using AdWords’ ad rotation to send visitors randomly to the Clickbank landing page or the Click2Sell landing page (which are both exactly the same except for the order processing.) Everything will be exactly the same; the same ads on the same keywords (and placements) to the same landing pages. This way I can compare conversion rates in an “apples vs. apples” sort of way.

But in actuality, Clickbank does have an advantage because the homepage is using CB so that people who leave the site and come back may end up at the homepage and purchase via CB. On the other hand, AdWords will still show that as a conversion for Click2Sell. It’ll be interesting to see how many such cases happen.
