Squeeze Page Action

As I’ve mentioned previously - I’m just getting into list building for the first time. Better late than never I suppose. Yesterday I set up my first squeeze page. And using GetResponse I’ve added 8 people to my new list (which is for promoting my diet product in a sort of round-about way.)

I think there’s a lot of potential here for some major success - basically people are signing up to the list for a free report which is meant to sell them on my diet product as the solution to their problems (I don’t feel bad about this because I really think my product is the solution to their problems!) But I’m also going to be sending out an autoresponder series. I’m hoping this combination of the report and the autoresponder series makes for a really great ROI.

  1. Please keep us up to date on how this works out, i’m very interested in hearing how the conversion differs from list compared to people just buying direct off ur site

  2. Definitely.

So far I’ve got 11 people on this list - no sales yet. But I’ve also yet to send them an actual email - I want to give them time to read the report (which will hopefully sell them on the product) before sending emails.

Right now I’ve only got one email on the autoresponder (for 5 days later) so I want to add more there. I’m really just “flying by the seat of my pants” on this one. EMail marketing is new to me.

I’ve definitely got high hopes for it - I’ve been able to get signups pretty cheaply on AdWords. It seems theoretically like it’ll be very profitable.
