Recommended Article Marketing For Link Building Method
By admin on Nov 6, 2009 in Article Marketing
There are two different major sub categories of article marketing, one is article marketing for direct traffic (this what article submissions to a site such as EZineArticles is mostly about) and the other (the topic of this post) is article marketing to build links (which in turn helps your landing pages to rank higher in the search engines which in turn brings targeted traffic!)
I’ve been testing a lot of different article marketing systems & services over the last year or so and with the results I’m getting from my latest tests I feel like I can confidently recommend the following method.
Step One: I create landing pages on my own domains and on Web 2.0 domains (such as squidoo & hubpages… I also consider EZA to be a “lander” of this kind.) I already have a lot of landing pages made that I want to drive the rankings up for, so often I skip this step and just work on building links to landing pages I’ve already made.
Step Two: I write an article from scratch in the Magic Article Rewriter software. I spin my article using it’s cool spinning tools (which really save me a lot of time.) I try to spin until it’s about 25% spun. I stay away from nested spinning because FTS doesn’t allow it. The thing that really saves me a lot of time is that I can then export my article to each of my article distribution services (it has a button for each service which makes it easy to make sure it’s in the right format.)
I prefer to write an article from scratch rather than to try to rewrite someone else’s or to get somebody else to write it for me, this is because I know the niches I’m working in very well so I can write on them easily. And although I’m spinning my articles, it’s human spinning so it’s not just junk. I think it’s helpful for long term prospects to write quality articles (although I have no proof that it really matters from a link bulding perspective, actually.)
Step Three: I submit my articles via Unique Article Wizard, Article Marketing Automation, ArticleRanks, & Free Traffic System. The first three of those I’ve already found to be effective in my testing. I actually really don’t know how well FTS works from my own testing yet (as I’m still new to the system) but you can join it for free so I’m including it here anyway. I may update this in the future and take FTS off my list if I find it’s simply not effective because even if it’s free, you don’t want to waste your time on something that doesn’t work.
I should note that there’s a lot of other services that I’ve tried and found to not be as effective as these, so this isn’t just a willy nilly list of the ones I’ve tried. There are some services I used that simply didn’t cut it and so I cut them.

I notice that you don’t use the Magic Article Submitter that comes with Magic Article Rewriter. Have you tried it?

No I haven’t… In the past I’ve tried article submission software and I haven’t liked it. I like the way these distribution services work better.
They take less time and I think they’re more effective. And I get my articles out on a greater variety of sites.
There may be some advantage to using it as well and it would be a less expensive alternative, but I’m really already so busy (and happy with the results I’m getting from my methods) that I haven’t bothered.

Can you give us a link to one of the articles that has been published? I’m very new to the idea and would like to see it in action.

Hey Auto Glass Blogger - I don’t want to link directly to articles - I don’t think that would be kosher - but you can find UAW articles by searching for the keyword mentioned here: http://www.moneymakerjobs.com/unique-article-wizard-see-the-results-for-yourself/151/

I’m thinking how I can integrate this into my SEO efforts or my directory.
I’m ready to write articles, but would also like to receive other articles especially product reviews and book reviews.

I’m thinking along the same line. I wonder whether using jetsubmitter to submit to 400 directories work.
