Free Traffic System Features

The latest article marketing tool I’ve been using is Free Traffic System. I went ahead and got the lifetime “pro” membership because it seems like the best deal in the long run. But if you’re short on cash, you can use this system without paying a dime (hence the name) the main difference is that free members can only have 2 links per article while pro members can have 3 links per article (the other difference is that pro members get a discount on some extra services that they offer.)

Pro members also get their articles distributed to 40 blogs rather than 30. If you do the math you can see that adds up to a difference of 120 links (40 blogs x 3 links) per article submitted by pro members vs. 60 links (30 blogs x 2 links) per article submitted by free members. I like to leverage my work to get as many links back as possible and because I’ve been doing so well lately, the money wasn’t that big of a deal to me, so becoming a pro member was a pretty easy decision.

Now that I’ve been using Free Traffic System for about a week it seems to be time to share my impression of the system and what it’s best features are.

Like other article distribution services that I use (like Article Marketing Automation, Unique Article Wizard, & ArticleRanks) FTS includes the ability to “spin” my articles so they do not get caught up in the “duplicate content filter.” They use different syntax for their spinning (they use [spin]text 1|text 2[/spin]) which I found to be a bit of a pain at first but now that I’m using Magic Article Rewriter, it doesn’t really matter (and I very highly recommend Magic Article Rewriter, it’s saving me a ton of time on spinning for all of my article distribution sites.)

Also like the aforementioned services, Free Traffic System “drips” the articles out over time so that all of your new back links don’t show up at the same time (which would look unnatural.)

But there a couple of big differences between this service and the others that I use:

(#1) It can be used without spending any money (and without setting up any blogs which use the system.) This may make it the only choice for article distribution for you if you are just getting started in the world of internet marketing and you don’t have any money to show for it yet.

(#2) You can build additional links by getting people to sign up to the system through your link.  This works on a two tier basis. So you get extra links not only for the person that signs up through you, but also from anyone who signs up through them.

(#3) You can build additional links by setting up a blog which uses FTS content. This is easy to do if you have a blog which uses WordPress. It’s really as simple as adding a new author and then adding that author information into the system. You get credit for adding a blog to the system which gives you additional link building power.
