6th Affiliate To Make A Sale!

We just had our 6th affiliate make a sale with our Clickbank diet affiliate program. Affiliates currently make $31 per sale. Although I may do some tweaking with the price at some point to see if I can get conversions higher. I’m also planning on adding an upsell that would bring commissions to as high as $48/sale.
This is very exciting of course not only because it will raise our “gravity” a little bit higher but also because we’ve just done a complete overhaul of the salesletter and I’m very hopeful that the new approach will be far more successful than the old approach. This isn’t really proof of that, as it’s just one sale - but it is HOPE that it will convert better. And hope can be hard to come by sometimes!
Today I plan on working on the GetResponse opt-in I added recently - I need to set up autoresponder emails. I’m hopeful that adding this will help significantly with conversion rates. And no I will not be stealing affiliate commissions through the emails sent. Not only would that be wrong, it’d be a dumb business move. I want affiliates to see a great ROI with our product so they keep promoting it.

Thanks Lemonarian. I’m going to be doing a big launch on my affiliate program including affiliate contests and all of that once I get to the point where I’m satisfied with conversion rates

Not that I think improving conversion rates is ever really something that you stop doing… Just that I think they have to get to a certain point before I really aggressively try to get affiliates marketing it.
