$4002 Profits In February

I started February very strong with a $500 profit day on February 1st unfortunately for me the rest of the month did not go as well. Particularly the last week or so was very tough.

I made $4490 profit in January and even discounting the fact that I got 2 extra days to work with in January, I did have a dissapointing drop-off in February to $4002.

The biggest drop-off came from Clickbank. My profit drop from Clickbank stems from two issues combined. #1 I’m not getting as much traffic to my CB sites as I had previously and #2 my CB conversions have dropped considerably.

Once again my biggest profit maker was OAInternet although I did make about $400 less in February than I did in January. My OAInternet profits for the month dropped from $2350 to $1960.

Obviously I’m disappointed by February’s results but it’s not a big step back and I’ve been off to a pretty strong start in March thus far ($420 in the first two days.)

I still hope to be at $10,000/month by July and $30,000/month by December. But, I am setting my goals far above my needs. It’s enjoyable to set high goals as long as you don’t kill yourself trying to reach them.

Money is not everything to me and I’m very much trying to keep internet marketing out of the rest of my life. To do it during set focused work time and then to set it aside during the rest of my time. For example I have made a personal rule against doing any internet marketing work over the weekend. I’m hoping that allowing myself this time to rest and to reset my mind will actually help me to focus more when I am working so that I can achieve greater results.

As much as I do believe that success only comes from hard work, I also think it comes many times faster with smart focused hard work. 6 hours a day of focused smart work may bring me more results than 12 hours a day of sporadic senseless work.
