Webmaster Forums

Webmaster Forums can be a great place to keep up with the latest information in SEO and internet marketing in general. Most importantly they can be a great place to make deals with other webmasters and/or get services done for you.

In my experience I've found that Digital Point is THE webmaster forum. I recommend starting off with them and for the most part sticking with them because too much forum browsing can be a huge waste of your time.

The great thing about Digital Point is their Buy, Sell, or Trade market place. I've been using this to get services (such as article writing) done for me. That's really the place I spend most of my time at and I advise the same for you! Along with buying & selling services there you can also buy & sell domains and websites (with content.)

If you get too into the chattering about various things (examples: when will Google's page rank update? Which search engines results are most relevant?) you end up just wasting your time and you have to remember that a lot of the stuff you see in forums is just plain wrong whether it be because the writer doesn't have your best intentions in mind or he's merely ill informed. So take what you read at webmaster forums like Digital Point with a grain of salt.
