Avoid PayDotCom.Com
One major word of advice. Do not use PayDotCom.Com if you are an affiliate marketer.
I used them myself and made over $1000 in commissions. I was never paid. I made multiple complaints. Never paid. What did their so called "customer service" say? They said they could do nothing about it. Kind of negates the whole purpose of being an affiliate marketer doesn't it? I wasted hundreds of dollars on AdWords making those sales. You have to feel confident you are going to be paid for your commissions as an affiliate. There's no worse feeling than getting ripped off like that! So I highly recommend if you are considering PayDotCom that you go elsewhere instead. There are many reputable affiliate programs out there that actually will pay you every time for every sale.
If you are just getting started as an affiliate marketer you may want to try the MakingYouRicher system because they will take you by the hand and show you exactly what to do. I know that what they say works because I sell the products they will help you sell myself and I know that they convert very well. They have some products that have commissions of over $150 for a single sale! That can add up very quickly.
Again AVOID PayDotCom.Com - Save your time & energy & your MONEY!

I found your article through a search about PayDotCom.com, and see that you wrote it about 6 months ago. One thing I can say, that I've recently signed up as a PayDotCom.com merchant (not affiliate), and that PayDotCom.com puts it in the merchants' hands when to trigger the payment to their own affiliates. PayDotCom.com is really just the accounting method. It is the merchants whose products you sold who owe you, not PDC. I agree PDC should have leaned on the merchants who owed you to pay you. Their contracts with those merchants should have had some teeth.
So now so should you get some teeth. If those merchants still owe you, you need get all your commissions documentation together and take them to small claims court. Don't just blow it off.
Affiliate marketing needs to be respected.
It's just not worth my time to do that (file a claim, etc.) As an affiliate marketer I'd rather do business with people that I KNOW will pay me. Thus I go through CJ and clickbank along with direct programs that have paid me without problem.
PDC isn't worth another second of my time. They didn't do anything about that merchant not paying me. As far as I know that merchant is STILL with PDC. PDC's "customer service" was dispicable and that alone would cause me to never work with them again.
I also know that the guy who runs PDC (Mike Filsaime) is also the guy behind such BS as Traffic Swarm... All the more reason to avoid it.
It's just a bad situation from the affiliate POV. I highly recommend for affiliates to not waste their time with PDC. Spend your time with CJ and clickbank and the direct programs I make lots of money with (see right side navigation.)
